A motion was made to approve the minutes as amended.
A motion was made to review/change dues requirement periodically based on cash reserve/funds. To add as A. under Article II. The wording would be: The board will review the dues requirements every two years based on cash reserves and funds and make changes as appropriate. MOTION PASSED.
A motion was made that at the end of each board meeting all board members will be provided notes of motions passed or failed at each meeting. They are required to pass this along to their state presidents for the purposes of transparency. MOTION PASSED.
A motion was made that we create a statement of activities report and present it for the previous calendar year of our South Atlantic Conference effective 2025. MOTION PASSED.
A motion was made for a registration fee of $40 for any visitor from a non-South Atlantic Conference state for the 2025 conference. (Cash Only) MOTION PASSED.

Congratulations to NRLCA Lady Carriers’ Club Scholarship Winner
On behalf of the NRLCA Lady Carriers’ Club officers and members, we congratulate Dacie Smith on winning a Georgiana Peet-Miller scholarship. Dacie is the daughter of SC Regular Carrier Brent Smith. She is enrolled in the Lenoir Rhyne University pursuing a master’s degree in occupational therapy. In her application, she stated in part “Some people will be receiving occupational therapy treatment during the worst and scariest parts of their lives. There are no clinics in my small rural hometown. Eventually, I would like to open a clinic to treat children and adults”. We hope the scholarship in the amount of $2,628.23 well help in your endeavor.
